When requesting pricing on a commissioned piece (ex. portrait) please let me know the approximate size you have in mind; the medium (watercolor, acrylic, etc); when you might need it completed by; and mention any types of photo references available (or text, for calligraphy projects).
If this request is for a caricature, face painting or wedding painting live event, please let me know the date and any other details.

It is helpful to also include a phone contact if you wish, along with your detailed inquiry. That way, if my reply to you bounces back I have another means to let you know I tried to reach back out.
